The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has scheduled the eighth annual National Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction for May 3-7. OSHA, International Safety Equipment Association Form Alliance to Protect Workers’ Safety & Health

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the International Safety Equipment Association signed an alliance to provide members, employers and employees with information on how to properly select, use, maintain and store personal protective and safety equipment. During the two-year agreement, participants will also share information on developments in national consensus standards for personal protective and safety equipment.
