KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Austin Company recently promoted Steven VanWormer to vice president and general manager of The Austin Company’s Michigan Operations. VanWormer’s career with The Austin Company began in 1989, working as a construction laborer while attending Western Michigan University. In 1990, VanWormer took an assignment as unit superintendent with the construction and maintenance team in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
