CHICAGO, Ill. – Marriott Marquis Chicago recently opened its doors to guests, providing conventioneers and visitors to Chicago, Illinois’ South Loop with a new option for hotel accommodations. The anticipated addition to the McCormick Square campus brings additional hotel space to the community surrounding McCormick Place, the nation’s largest convention center. Lynn Community Health Center Expansion Complete

BOSTON, Mass. – BOND has recently completed 20,000 square feet of the newly renovated expansion space at Lynn Community Health Center located at 269 Union Street in Lynn, Massachusetts. Power UP Selected Finalist in 2017 Keystone Awards for Kiener Plaza Renovation Project

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Associated General Contractors of Missouri has selected local electrical contractor Power UP as a finalist for its prestigious Keystone Awards. Power UP recently completed electrical installation work on a $24-million renovation to Kiener Plaza in Downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Skanska Renovates East End of Las Olas Boulevard in Florida

Skanska has signed a contract with the city of Fort Lauderdale for the Las Olas Boulevard improvements project in Florida. The contract is worth $49 million. The contract consists of the construction of an approximately 258,000-square-foot, 670-space parking facility, an amenity deck, a beachfront park with green spaces, architectural shade canopy, interactive water feature and streetscape improvements to the entire beach corridor. Clark Completes ‘LAX Terminal Shuffle’ Milestone

Clark, in a joint venture with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., has completed a monumental task on the Delta Enabling project. The Clark/McCarthy team performed the orchestrated relocation of more than 30 airlines and tenants to terminals throughout Los Angeles International Airport. The “LAX Terminal Shuffle,” as it was coined by local media, migrated Delta Air Lines’ operations from Terminals 5 and 6 to Terminals 2 and 3.
