Skanska to Renovate Philadelphia Shopping Mall

Skanska has, together with its joint venture partner Shoemaker Construction Company, signed a contract with Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust and Macerich to complete renovations of The Gallery shopping mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The total contract is worth $126 million. Skanska USA Building will include its share of the contract worth $61 million, in the order bookings for the fourth quarter 2016. LOUIS, Mo. – McGrath & Associates has completed construction on the $1.9-million expansion and renovation of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women international headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. HKW was the architect. The expansion connects to Pi Beta Phi’s international headquarters building, which McGrath built in 2002. Hunt-Sundt Joint Venture Completes Phase II of Stadium Renovation

TEMPE, Ariz. – Hunt-Sundt, a joint venture of Hunt Construction Group and Sundt Construction, Inc., has completed the 490,000-square-foot Phase II renovation of Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Arizona. The $162-million contract included the complete reconstruction of the lower stadium bowl, new stadium seating with chair backs and cup holders, new concessions, upgraded restrooms and amenities, along with new luxury suites on the east and west sides of the stadium.
