Roper St. Francis Healthcare, in partnership with E4H Environments for Health Architecture; Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Barton Malow | Edifice, has officially broken ground on the future Roper Hospital in North Charleston, South Carolina. The $1.2 billion campus is designed to transform healthcare delivery in the Lowcountry, combining advanced technology, resilience planning and a patient-centered approach. Construction Team Selected for New Roper Hospital Medical Campus in South Carolina

Roper St. Francis Healthcare will be relocating Roper Hospital from its Charleston, South Carolina peninsula location to North Charleston, giving patients easier access to care that’s closer to where they live and work. The estimated $1B project will be one of the largest healthcare projects on the East Coast.
