Scott Wilkins has been promoted to senior superintendent at The Christman Company at the contracting firm’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee. Wilkins, who joined Christman in 2019, has 28 years of experience in oversight of large-scale projects, including industrial parks, multi-unit and custom residential and office buildings and municipal and higher education projects. He played a lead role for Christman on a $17.6-million contract for Southwestern Community College in Sylva, North Carolina. JE Dunn has hired Jared Propst to the role of senior superintendent in its Savannah, Georgia office. Propst has been in the construction business for 16 years. He previously worked in commercial construction in San Francisco, California where he worked on various high-rise residential projects. He is currently the superintendent on the Chatham County Courthouse project. As senior superintendent, Propst oversees overall field management, including schedule development, safety management, logistics planning and coordination between trade partners and designers.
