The practice offers comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical care and has the only urogynecologist serving Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Situated on 2.27 acres, the first floor of the new office building features three ultrasound suites, 3D mammography with changing rooms and offices. The Stevens Construction special projects team provided a 5,018-square-foot complete interior renovation, which included a full demolition of the existing hurricane-damaged space and build-out into a boutique health facility offering a full suite of services including physical and message therapy, personal training, pilates and nutrition coaching. Stevens Construction has completed Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Winter Park Village, Florida. The company completed an interior 37,000-square-foot renovation of an existing building into a new cancer center, which includes an expansive treatment room, PET CT suite, blood draw room, laboratory, pharmacy, research offices, exam rooms, check-out and scheduling area and employee lounge. FCS incorporates principles of Evidence-Based Design, which have been proven to ease patient anxiety while offering opportunities for privacy or support during treatment.
