Sundt Construction promoted Cade Rowley to president and CEO. Rowley, formerly president and chief operating officer, succeeds Mike Hoover, who has transitioned to the role of executive chairman after serving as CEO since 2016. Prior to being named president and COO in 2024, Rowley served as president of Sundt’s Industrial Group. He joined Sundt in 1998 as a field engineer in the company’s Heavy Civil (now Transportation) Group and subsequently advanced through multiple roles in business development, preconstruction and operations. Sundt Construction added three new members to its Building Group team in California. Adam Lesley, Araceli Rowe and Andrew Wojciechowski are based in the general contractor’s San Diego region. Lesley, a senior superintendent, brings extensive experience in managing field operations across large-scale construction projects. In his role, he oversees onsite activities and provides leadership to the project team. Milestone Celebrated for Second Phase of Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Renovations

The topping out of the Adobe Restaurant and Clubhouse, the second phase of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Renovations project, was recently celebrated by Sundt Construction, alongside owners JDM and design partners Douglas Fredrikson Architects. The second phase of improvements includes a new clubhouse and restaurant with private dining room, ballroom and roof deck. The first phase of the project added a new golf shop, member facilities and cart barn.
