Mann’s onsite project responsibilities include creating a positive safety environment. Mann recently moved from Wisconsin to Knoxville and previously served in superintendent roles for Gardner Builders and JP Cullen. He earned an associate degree in supervisory management from Gateway Technical College and holds multiple certifications, including completing Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-hour safety training.
