Gannett Fleming has appointed Thomas Pursel, P.E., as the Northeast region construction services area manager for water/wastewater. Pursel has worked on and supervised field personnel for numerous award-winning projects, including the Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in New York, the City of Lebanon Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant in Pennsylvania and the Tempe Town Lake Downstream Dam Replacement in Arizona.
