Filed under: NewsBaccelli started his 30-year construction career in the U.S. Navy as a builder first class and deep sea diver in the Mobile Construction Battalion (Seabees).
Since then, he has overseen a variety of projects on land including auto dealerships, retail facilities, municipal buildings and interior tenant finish-outs.
