ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders has completed an 11,000-square-foot build-out at 417 South Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts, on behalf of BWT Pharma & Biotech. The asset is owned and operated by Hudson-based Calare Properties.
BWT Pharma & Biotech’s new accommodations comprise 8,000 square feet of designated production space and 3,000 square feet of office space. Integrated Builders provided construction management and engineering services to deliver a new electrical layout, as well as HVAC, drainage and water supply systems. Notably, BWT Pharma & Biotech is relocating to 417 South Street from its current home in Leominster, Massachusetts.
The Integrated Builders team, led by Superintendent Peter Barbosa, Project Manager Sean Burgess and Assistant Project Manager Barbara Frazier, worked alongside architects ci design, inc., to deliver the new space. Integrated Builders has previously completed multiple projects at the asset, including original base-building construction, a well as the development of a fire suppression system and explosion-proof room on behalf of Hoerbiger American Holding, Inc., which currently occupies 37,800 square feet.
