ATLANTA, Ga. – Winter Construction has topped out the new Solis Hotel Two Porsche Drive. The new eight-story luxury hotel is adjacent to Georgia’s Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the Porsche North America headquarters. The topping out at Solis Hotel is especially notable given the unique design of the roof, which includes a terrace lounge with panoramic views of the Porsche driver development track and landings and takeoffs at the airport. Skanska has signed a contract with the University of Washington to build the school’s new Life Sciences building and greenhouse. The contract is worth $71 million. The new seven-story building will include more than 52,000 square feet of laboratory space and classrooms.
