Turner recently celebrated the topping out of the Intuit Dome’s concrete frame – the Los Angeles Clippers’ future home along with joint venture partner AECOM-Hunt. More than 200,000 hours of work performed by 350 workers went into completing the concrete frame. Behavioral Health Teaching Facility at University of Washington’s Medical Center-Northwest Achieves Construction Milestone

The new six-story Behavioral Health Teaching Facility, at University of Washington’s Medical Center-Northwest in Seattle, will include 150 patient beds and more than 184,000 square feet of clinical and administrative space. The project will feature 75 long-term civil commitment beds, 25 geropsychiatric beds and 50 licensed med-surgery beds with the capacity to treat patients with psychiatric diagnoses and/or substance use disorders. Hoar Construction joined the project as the general contractor in the winter of 2020, handling preconstruction and construction services on behalf of owner Hines. Fenton is Cary’s first vertically integrated mixed-use community and one of the largest retail-focused projects in the United States in recent years.
