
FARMINGTON, Ct. — KBE Building Corporation has awarded five employees with promotions to begin the new year, including a new superintendent, two assistant superintendents, a project manager and an estimator.
Nathan Delabar | Superintendent
Delabar joined KBE in August 2010 as assistant superintendent and has worked in various roles throughout the company. Delabar has served as a construction quality control manager on sites as needed and recently traveled to work on KBE’s Millington Tennessee Naval Exchange project.
Jonathan Coccorese | Assistant Superintendent
Coccorese joined KBE in December 2014 after graduating from State University of New York Farmingdale with a B.S. in Construction Management and Engineering Technology. Prior to joining KBE as a full-time employee, Coccorese interned for the commercial construction company, specifically working on the Federal Aviation Administration project in Long Island, New York.
Cody Mordenti | Assistant Superintendent
Mordenti began his career at KBE as an intern in summer 2013. He became a permanent employee in 2014 after graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Mordenti has served in various positions throughout the company including project engineer and superintendent.
Michael Kolakowski, Jr. | Project Manager
Kolakowski joined KBE in January 2014 after working for four years as a project engineer and an assistant project manager at Hayner Hoyt. Kolakowski has worked on a variety of projects from healthcare, industrial and institutional. He is working on the Litchfield Courthouse project.
Bill Culviner | Estimator
Culviner began his career at KBE as an intern in summer 2013. He became a full-time employee in June 2014 after graduating from Central Connecticut State University.
