SAN JOSE, Calif. – Gilbane Building Company has recently completed Evergreen Valley College’s Auto Technology project in San Jose, Calif. This is an important technical training facility for the college and the Evergreen community.
Gilbane has been the construction management company overseeing the project. The building is approximately 25,800 square feet and consists of four labs/shops with 14 lifts, as well as five classrooms and specialized features for automobile-manufacturer sponsored repair programs.
The purpose of this effort was to create a facility that will meet needs of technical community college students by providing educational training opportunities and continuing skills development for working adult students.
