Skanska USA has signed a contract with Alamo Colleges to build its new District Support Operations Administration Complex in San Antonio, Texas.
The contract is worth $45 million. The new facility will include approximately 52,000 square feet of class A office space, 500 parking spaces, office suites, a conference center, campus police headquarters and dispatch and a central utility plant.
Construction will begin in January 2017 and is slated for completion in July 2018.
