NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Ground has been broken on a 39,000-square-foot sterile processing center in Omaha, Nebraska. Lendlease was selected in as the project’s developer.
The sterile processing center is strategically situated just south from the Nebraska Medicine-Nebraska Medical Center campus. This new facility will allow the medical center to consolidate five smaller processing locations into a single center serving all of Nebraska Medicine’s surgical areas, which include the midtown Omaha campus, its hospital in Bellevue and its outpatient surgery center in West Omaha at Village Pointe.
