Ground Broken on Brooklyn Multi-Unit Property

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Kalikow Group has broken ground on 2415 Church Avenue, a $29-million, 67-unit rental residential building in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Preliminary work began on the site in September. The Kalikow Group, WRS Associates and the Ishay Group are joint owners of the property. Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino, construction/design teams and guests celebrated the official groundbreaking of the new bowling and entertainment center addition in in Murphy, North Carolina. The 38,000-square-foot Ultrastar Mutli-tainment Center at Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino will bring a bowling center with 16 lanes and a 2,200-square-foot arcade to the Murphy area for family friendly activities.
