The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims has awarded VINCI Construction with the contract to build the second building in the New Reims Hospital complex in France. The works contract is worth a total €210 million, €157 million of which will go to VINCI Construction. The project execution has been entrusted to a consortium led by Pargade Architectes. Joint Venture Contracted to Build Data Center for NTT in Berlin

HOCHTIEF and Turner (through its subsidiary Dornan) have been awarded a contract by NTT Global Data Centers to build a data center in Berlin, Germany. The contract, valued at several hundred million euros, involves the construction of a three-story 36 MW data center and a four-story office building. The scope includes all electrical and mechanical engineering work and the implementation of advanced safety and management systems. Delivered by the integrated joint-venture team, construction begins soon, with the first data halls set to be handed over in 2028. Full completion is targeted for 2029.

Bouygues Construction, through its subsidiary Bouygues UK, has been awarded the contract to build Overdale Acute Hospital in Jersey, in the Channel Islands. The hospital is the cornerstone of the Government of Jersey’s New Healthcare Facilities Program. The Overdale Acute Hospital, covering a total area of 47,500 square meters, will include an emergency department, six operating theaters, inpatient beds, intensive care beds and a mother and baby unit.
