The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims has awarded VINCI Construction with the contract to build the second building in the New Reims Hospital complex in France. The works contract is worth a total €210 million, €157 million of which will go to VINCI Construction. The project execution has been entrusted to a consortium led by Pargade Architectes. The Réunion University Hospital has awarded the contract for the design, construction, fitting out, upkeep and maintenance of the future Bâtiment Femme Parent Enfant in France to a consortium led by Demathieu Bard Construction, with GTOI (a subsidiary of the Colas/Bouygues Group) as a co-contractor, along with architectural consultancy SCAU and engineering consultancy Artelia. Bouygues Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, has been selected to refurbish an office building located at 1-3 Place Valhubert, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, France. This project, carried out for Crédit Agricole Assurances, involves substantial restructuring of around 22,000 square meters of floor space.
