McKINNEY, Texas – MYCON General Contractors has ramped up its Special Projects division, appointing industry veteran John Leverette to lead the company’s Corporate Group and Rick Dubec to lead the company’s Retail Group. Leverette’s group will operate out of MYCON’s new headquarters in Dallas, Texas while Dubec’s group has been operating out of new offices in College Station, Texas.
Among the clients utilizing MYCON’s Special Projects division are:
• Bank of America
• Southwest Airlines Headquarters – Interior Remodel
• Watermark Community Church – Interior Remodel
• Walmart Learning Centers
MYCON’s Special Projects include structural repairs, interior renovations, building maintenance, site work and other specialty construction services, with approximately $14 million in new projects scheduled for 2017.
