After nearly three years of construction, Clark has completed the much-anticipated Central Place Residential Tower, redefining the skyline in Arlington, Virginia. The 31-story mixed-use development offers 377 luxury apartments in Arlington’s bustling Rosslyn neighborhood.
Clark worked with Design-Build partner Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners LLP to deliver the 677,000-square-foot tower, which is wrapped in a dramatic glass façade. Residential units feature high-end finishes, such as stainless steel appliances, Italian-finished cabinets, stone countertops and upgraded fixtures.
The facility also provides residents with several amenities, including a fitness center and a roof-top terrace on the sixth floor with an outdoor pool and cabanas. The building is anchored by 30,000 square feet of ground level retail space and a 17,000-square-foot public plaza.
