ATLANTA, Ga. – Brasfield & Gorrie recently celebrated a significant milestone in the construction of the new Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta in the mixed-used development adjacent to SunTrust Park in Cobb County, Georgia. Brasfield & Gorrie recently joined developer New City Properties, as well as Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, City Council Member Kwanza Hall, Atlanta BeltLine Inc. and others to mark the start of work on the new 725 Ponce development in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. A 12-story mixed-use tower, 725 Ponce will feature Class A loft office space above an urban prototype Kroger and a three-level, below-grade parking deck.
