Ground is Broken on New Larimer County Building

CENTENNIAL, Colo. – A recent celebration and ceremony at Haselden’s 8.9-acre project site, located at First Street and Denver Avenue in Loveland, Colorado, marked the official groundbreaking for the new Larimer County Building.

Designed by The Architects’ Studio, the $19.5-million project will make service much more convenient for the southern portion of the county. At 46,000 square feet, the two-story building will house several vital county offices such as the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Motor Vehicles, County Clerk, Larimer County Workforce Center and Larimer County Department of Health and Environment.

With 229 parking spaces and plenty of room for expansion, the new location will be convenient for both visitors and staff.

The project is scheduled for completion in late summer or early fall of 2018.
