ATLANTA, Ga. – JE Dunn Construction has begun work on AMLI Oak Valley, a multifamily community featuring a 24-story tower and a five-story mid-rise, which together will deliver 391 luxury apartments to Atlanta, Georgia’s Buckhead neighborhood.
The AMLI Oak Valley project also includes a 255,000-square-foot, precast parking deck with 665 spaces.
The 370,000-square-foot concrete tower will provide 307 apartments; the 95,000-square-foot wood, mid-rise building will have 84 apartments. The community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with a variety of interior features including floor-to-ceiling windows and 10-foot ceilings, as well as outdoor and studio fitness facilities, clubrooms and terrace, pool and outdoor deck among the amenities. AMLI Oak Valley is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
The project will be completed in 2019.
