Gammon Construction Limited was appointed by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority as the management contractor to oversee the completion of the M+ project.

To ensure safe and efficient project delivery, Gammon will employ advanced technologies such as building information modeling, 3D scanning, RFID and adopt design for manufacture and assembly in the course of the construction.
Major construction works include:
- M+ Building consists of a 14-story vertical tower over a 3-story podium and a 2-story basement
- Conservation and storage facility, which consists of a 9-story tower with supporting basement shared with the M+ Building
- 2-story interfacing carpark
- 16-story retail, dining and entertainment building
Construction works will commence with target completion by end of 2019.
