PORR to Build 3T Office Park in Poland’s Tri-City

3T Office Park, the largest office complex in the region, is taking shape in Gdynia, one of the three cities that make up Poland’s Tri-City (Gdansk-Gdynia-Sopot). PORR S.A is the general contractor of the investment project, while Gleed Polska is responsible for the comprehensive project management and coordination regarding the building’s BREEAM certification. Construction work started at the end of April 2019, with completion anticipated to take approximately 24 months.

The 3T Office Park will consist of three buildings: two 10-story towers, one in the middle with 13 stories, and a two-level underground car park with 420 parking spaces. When completed, the total volume of the building will amount to 240,000 m3, with total floor space of 54,900 m2 and a leasable area of 38,500 m2.

The office complex has been awarded an interim BREEAM certificate in the category Excellent. The certification process of the building, carried out in accordance with the standard BREEAM International, New Construction 2016, will be handled by WSP Polska Sp. z o.o. This means that the office building will meet the highest standards in management, energy efficiency, user comfort and environmental impact. The 3T Office Park will also have full disabled access throughout in accordance with the requirements of the Integration Foundation.
