Avenida Partner has selected McShane Construction Company to provide construction services for Avenida Hendersonville, a new active senior living community in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
Positioned on a five-acre site, the three-story wood frame building will incorporate 138 units. Each unit will incorporate high-end features, including granite countertops, luxury vinyl tile and carpet flooring, tile backsplashes and undermount sinks. Floor plans will be offered in one- and two-bedroom configurations with one or two bathrooms.
The development will also offer 6,000 square feet of amenity space, including a clubhouse with a theater, dining room and fitness center, as well as a pool, grill station, gardens and dog park.
Completion of Avenida Hendersonville is slated for May 2022. The architect of record is Poole & Poole Architecture.
