Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Phase III Project Passes Final Construction Acceptance

Recently, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Phase III Project, located in China and constructed by CSCEC, has successfully passed the final acceptance of construction, and the new T4 terminal will be opened soon.

Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Phase III Project is an important infrastructure project for the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games and a livelihood project with great significance and impact.

After operation, it will become a comprehensive transportation center of the airport integrating various transportation modes such as subway, high-speed rail, bus, private car, online cab and taxi, realizing the requirement of “zero distance” between the modes of transportation and seamless transfers. The designed annual passenger throughput will reach 90 million.

CSCEC built the section Ⅰ of Xiaoshan International Airport Phase III Project, with a total construction area of 670,000 square meters, which consists of the passenger terminal building, north corridors, the underground space, sewage pumping station and the expansion of the original buildings.

As the only official designated airport of the Hangzhou Asian Games representing the images of China, Zhejiang and Hangzhou, the project will be put into operation before the Asian Games.
