Jeff Tubb Promoted to Senior Operations Manager at The UP Companies

Jeff Tubb was promoted from operations manager to senior operations manager of the Square UP Builders division at The UP Companies.

Tubb will lead, direct and coordinate day-to-day company field operations across multiple projects through multiple foremen, field managers and operations managers. He oversees the development and implementation of efficient and effective core company processes and workflows that result in best-of-class levels of project performance and customer satisfaction. As senior operations manager, he ensures qualified people on the right jobs with the necessary resources and accountability structure to maximize safety, quality and productivity.

Tubb was originally hired by UPCO in 2017 as a general superintendent and was promoted four years later to a project manager position, which he held for three years. He was promoted to operations manager in 2020.

Prior to UPCO, Tubb worked for 11 years as a superintendent at Clayco and Contegra Construction.
