Paradise Pointe of Ormond Beach and construction firm Robins & Morton celebrated the grand opening of the locally owned and operated three-story, 75,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Florida.
Following the Jan. 7 ribbon cutting, future residents and their families, community members and local business leaders participated in guided tours of the luxury, resort-style setting that includes 87 private apartments, a full-service restaurant with outdoor seating, fitness center, billiards room, movie theater and spa. The community also includes walking paths, a pond, extensive outdoor spaces and courtyards, along with a playground for visiting grandchildren.
BPF Design Incorporated of Daytona Beach is the architect. Robins & Morton is the general contractor.
