Logistics Property Company has begun construction on a new logistics center in Oak Forest, Illinois. The nearly 665,000-square-foot development is located with immediate access to the I-57 four-way interchange at 167th Street, just two miles from the I-57 and I-80 interchange and three miles from I-294.
Located 24 miles from downtown Chicago, the building will feature four drive-in doors, 117 exterior docks and parking for 116 trailers and more than 500 cars.
The general contractor is FCL Builders, with Architects Plus Design Studio as the architect and SPACECO as the civil engineer.
Oak Forest Logistics Center will deliver at the end of the year.
