CIMIC Group’s Broad Construction has been selected to deliver Brisbane Catholic Education’s new Notre Dame College at Bells Creek on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.
Stage one of the project will open in term one of 2025, welcoming Prep to Year Three and Year Seven students. Broad Construction will deliver five state-of-the-art buildings, including an administration building, various learning spaces, sports courts, a workshop and landscaping.
“This new campus will focus on providing indoor and outdoor spaces that are inclusive and accessible to all,” said Broad Construction General Manager Cyril Cahill.
Early works have commenced on the new facility, which is scheduled for completion in first quarter 2025.
