Ground has been broken on an eight-building, 909,553-square-foot Class A move-in ready industrial development in Mesa, Brickyards on Ellsworth, located in the Southeast Phoenix Valley in Arizona.
Brickyards on Ellsworth will feature modern design from Ware Malcomb, with building sizes ranging from 250,000 square feet down to 35,000 square feet. The project team also includes Martens Development, Principal Asset Management, FCL Builders, Hunter Engineering, TLCP structural engineers and MEP engineer Peterson Associates. The CBRE team is leading the leasing on the development that’s scheduled to be delivered by second quarter 2025.
Brickyards on Ellsworth is located in the Pecos Advanced Manufacturing Zone and near the SRP 69kV transmission line, ensuring that potential tenants will have ample power available. The 60-acre development is also in a City of Mesa Foreign Trade Zone, which reduces or defers tariffs and duties on products produced in the FTZ and can reduce property taxes for qualified users.
