
Construction has commenced on Terraza Medical Village, located in San Tan Valley, Arizona. The project team includes general contractor Kraus-Anderson Phoenix, developer Tri-City Cardiology Consultants Real Estate Holding Company and designer TriArc Design and Architectural Services.
Tri-City Cardiology will be the first medical provider in the 12-acre campus which, when complete, will include five class “A” medical office buildings with a combined total of 100,000 square feet.
The $45-million project for the developer will feature a two-story, 20,000-square-foot building. Kraus-Anderson also will begin construction on a 9,740-square-foot building for a future tenant. Construction is expected to be completed in May 2026. The project timeline for the remaining three buildings has not yet been finalized. Terraza Medical Village includes ample parking, attractive outdoor amenities and environmentally friendly electric vehicle charging stations.
