Bouygues Construction has signed a contract to build the New Trousseau Hospital, a project that will improve patient care. The value of the contract for this hospital in the heart of the Tours agglomeration in central France is €241 million. The new 80,000-square-meter hospital complex, designed by AIA Architectes, will provide approximately 600 beds. The topping out of UHealth at Doral, a six-story, 160,000-square-foot medical center being built in downtown Doral, Florida was recently celebrated. The facility is part of a mixed-use community in Miami-Dade County. When it opens, UHealth at Doral will include 33 exam rooms, eight operating rooms, three endoscopy suites, 33 cancer treatment units, comprehensive radiology services, a lab, onsite pharmacy, seven-story parking garage and supporting central energy plant.
