American Concrete Pavement Association Announces New Board of Directors Chair

Patrick Cleary has been named as the 2026 chairman of the board of directors for the American Concrete Pavement Association.

Cleary brings more than two decades of commercial leadership, strategic vision and industry experience to his role. A seasoned executive with a strong background in sales and marketing, Cleary serves as senior vice president, U.S. Cement Commercial at Amrize, a position he has held since June 2025. Previously, Cleary spent 23 years at Holcim US, including seven years as senior vice president of Cement Sales, following earlier roles such as general sales manager. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for driving growth, building high-performing teams and strengthening partnerships across the construction materials sector.

ACPA’s member companies have also elected the 2026 board of directors:
