Scott Wells Joins Stevens Construction

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Scott Wells has recently joined Stevens Construction as senior superintendent.

Wells joins the company with more than 20 years of construction experience with a specialty in senior care construction. Prior to joining Stevens Construction, Wells served as senior superintendent for construction management firm where he completed more than $400 million in commercial construction, including the 400,000-square-foot Terraces at Bonita Springs, a SantaFe Senior Living Community.

Wells will manage the onsite field supervision of commercial and healthcare projects, specifically handling inspections, safety meetings, daily job reports, cost reports and all tasks that are instrumental to the success of the project.
