Brasfield & Gorrie recently joined developer New City Properties, as well as Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, City Council Member Kwanza Hall, Atlanta BeltLine Inc. and others to mark the start of work on the new 725 Ponce development in downtown Atlanta, Georgia.
A 12-story mixed-use tower, 725 Ponce will feature Class A loft office space above an urban prototype Kroger and a three-level, below-grade parking deck. Designed with industrial character, the project will face Atlanta’s Beltline and will feature roof-top terraces with views of the Historic Fourth Ward Park, Ponce City Market and the Atlanta skyline.
