Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has acquired Sonoran Crest Construction, a 20-year-old firm with an established brand and healthcare presence in the southwest U.S. This is the first acquisition of another company in KA Construction’s 126-year history.
Through market sector diversification and geographic expansion, the acquisition will expand KA’s growth in the southwest U.S., the fifth largest construction market in the country and a national hub for the healthcare industry, one of KA’s largest building units.
Operating as Sonoran Crest Construction – A Division of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, an office will be located in Phoenix, Arizona and will be led by Jaki Scott, director of operations.
