Designed by DSGW Architecture, the project includes a comprehensive 10,000-square-foot renovation. Key updates include relocating the main entrance; phased enhancements to the waiting areas and registration desk; and the expansion and renovation of the OB/GYN and podiatry clinics, as well as the Optical Shop. Construction Begins on Expansion Project at Huron Regional Medical Center

Kraus-Anderson has begun a $13-million expansion project at Huron Regional Medical Center in Huron, South Dakota. Designed by Wold HFR Design, the 7,500-square-foot addition will feature four new operating rooms, staff lockers and a lounge. The project also includes an 11,581-square-foot renovation of the existing operating room suite, endoscopy rooms and pre and post operating rooms, along with a new 19,081-square-foot a sterile processing area and support spaces. Kraus-Anderson Completes $24 Million Windom Area Health in Windom, Minnesota

Kraus-Anderson has completed a new $24-million medical building in Windom, Minnesota for Windom Area Health. Recognizing the growing needs of the region, WAH partnered with Sanford Health to develop a 52,000-square foot clinic expansion owned by the city of Windom and funded by WAH. The project creates a connection to the existing hospital while establishing a separate clinic identity.
