Adolfson & Peterson Construction Completes Cook Children’s Clinic in Arlington

Adolfson & Peterson Construction, a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, recently completed construction on the interior build-out of the new Cook Children’s clinic in Arlington, Texas.

Construction began in August 2025. Designed by E4H Architecture, the 6,450-square-foot build-out includes a pediatric primary care clinic with 15 exam rooms, dedicated treatment and laboratory spaces, a welcoming waiting area with playroom and essential staff support areas, including offices, collaborative workspaces and a break room.

Located at 451 Highlander Blvd. Suite 101, just north of Interstate 20 in south Arlington, the clinic expands access to high-quality pediatric care for families in the growing Arlington community.
