Hoar Construction has officially opened their Memphis office, affirming its long-standing presence in the market and continued investment in the region. Led by Memphis native, Jordan Watts, the office brings together local employees supporting projects across Memphis and the surrounding areas.
Hoar’s new office is located at 6410 Poplar Avenue in the International Paper building. Watts, who returns to his hometown to serve as division manager, joined Hoar in 2016 and has spent nearly a decade leading complex commercial, multifamily, higher education and healthcare projects across the Southeast. Under Watts’ leadership, the office includes approximately 15 local team members supporting projects across Hoar’s growing portfolio.
Hoar has been building in the Memphis area for 15 years, working with clients and institutions that anchor the region’s healthcare and education sectors.
