Hoar Construction announced the groundbreaking of a new city center for the city of Dickson, Tennessee. The general contractor is leading construction on the new facility, which will include the police station, a courtroom and city administrative offices. Construction officially kicked off on Sept. 11 with a groundbreaking ceremony hosted in partnership with the city of Dickson. Ground has been broken on a $37-million, 32,000-square-foot medical office building for Central Health in Austin, Texas. The project sits within the Colony Park community in East Austin, set to provide vital health services to nearby residents. Hoar Construction is serving as the general contractor on the project, which is set to be completed by summer 2027. Hoar Construction has broken ground on a 28,000-square-foot church for St. Peter’s Anglican Church in the Crestline Park neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2027 and will serve as the new campus for St. Peter’s, which is currently located on Montevallo Road in Mountain Brook. The campus will feature a sanctuary for 500 people as well as classrooms, administrative offices, fellowship spaces and a youth ministry area.
