Hoar Construction Breaks Ground On New Campus for St. Peter’s Anglican Church

Hoar Construction has broken ground on a 28,000-square-foot church for St. Peter’s Anglican Church in the Crestline Park neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2027 and will serve as the new campus for St. Peter’s, which is currently located on Montevallo Road in Mountain Brook. The campus will feature a sanctuary for 500 people as well as classrooms, administrative offices, fellowship spaces and a youth ministry area. The university celebrated the milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, unveiling one of its most significant athletic facility upgrades in decades. Hoar Construction Breaks Ground on Rehabilitation Hospital Outside of Chattanooga

Hoar Construction announced the groundbreaking of the 54,000-square-foot rehabilitation hospital in Ooltewah, Tennessee, outside of Chattanooga. Hoar is serving as general contractor for construction of the inpatient hospital, which is set to open in spring 2027 and is being developed by The Sanders Trust, with Lifepoint Health as the owner and in partnership with CommonSpirit. Hoar Completes $19M Expansion, Renovation at Crisp Regional Hospital in Georgia

An expansion and renovation project at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Georgia is complete. The $19-million project included the addition of two stories totaling 15,000 square feet and the renovation of existing PACU and post-op spaces at the 35-year-old hospital. The project team included Hoar Construction, CDH Partners and Walter P Moore. Originally built in 1990, Crisp Regional Hospital is a Level III trauma center and the primary healthcare provider for Crisp County and surrounding communities.
