Hoar Completes Work on Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute

Hoar Construction has announced the ribbon cutting and official completion of the Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, a 62,000-square-foot, two-story rehabilitation hospital in Gainesville, Georgia. The project, which broke ground in March of 2024, is owned in partnership with Northeast Georgia Health System and Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a business unit of Lifepoint Health. Hoar Construction Breaks Ground on Medical Office Building for Anchor Health in Lakeland, Florida

A recent groundbreaking signaled the start of construction on the 77,200-square-foot Watson Clinic Medical Office Building for Anchor Health Properties in Lakeland, Florida. Hoar is serving as the general contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed by second quarter 2026 and will include offices and imaging labs. The four-story, tilt-wall project is going vertical, with a topping out expected later this summer. Three of the floors will be built out, totaling 55,702 square feet of offices, exam rooms and imaging suites. Hoar Construction Breaks Ground on New Oak Springs Elementary School Building in Texas

Hoar Construction announced today the groundbreaking of a new building for Oak Springs Elementary School in Austin, Texas. The project is part of an ongoing bond program for Austin Independent School District, which was approved in 2022 and includes over $2 billion worth of capital projects for local schools. In this position, Johnson will oversee operations and business development initiatives across several divisions, working to recruit and develop talent while ensuring client expectations are met. Johnson began his career at Hoar in 1998 after earning a degree in construction science from Texas A&M University. Construction Complete on West Bed Tower Expansion at Shannon Medical Center

Construction is complete on the west bed tower at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas. The seven-story, 140,000-square-foot expansion broke ground in early 2023, and will allow the healthcare provider to serve a wider range of patients across Concho Valley. The project team included Hoar Construction, O’Connell Robertson and Datum Engineers. Shannon Medical Center campus spans just over 1.5 million square feet.
