A total of 6,645 planned and ongoing construction projects by the world’s megacities, valued at $4.2 trillion and fueled by the increase in population, are sparking interest in residential and infrastructural developments, according to GlobalData, a data and analytics company. IWR North America recently completed work on the $380-million renovation of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial Arch Visitor Center, located in St. Louis, Missouri. IWR started work on the project in March 2017 and completed their work this summer.
