Skanska Begins Second Phase of Renovation, Expansion of Kymenlaakso Central Hospital in Finland

Skanska has begun the second phase of renovations and expansion of the Kymenlaakso Central Hospital located in Finland. The project is owned by Carea-Sairaalat Oy. Carea-Sairaalat Oy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kymenlaakso Medical and Social Services Joint Undertaking. The expansion comprises a total of five floors, one of which is entirely—and the other partly—underground. The project will take place in a functioning hospital.
