The Korte Company was selected to renovate and upgrade the outdoor athletic facilities for the Warriors. The Design-Build project included the construction of a new main entry plaza featuring pavers and ornamental fencing, concession building with restroom facilities, community building, equipment storage facility, as well as home and visitor ticket booths. NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Dodge Momentum Index fell 5.1 percent in April to 133.8 (2000=100) from its revised March reading of 140.9. The momentum index is a monthly measure of the first (or initial) report for nonresidential building projects in planning, which have been shown to lead construction spending for nonresidential buildings by a full year. Construction Input Prices Up in April, Led by Sharp Increases in Energy Prices

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Construction input prices rose for a fifth consecutive month in April, increasing by 0.7 percent on a monthly basis and 4.3 percent on a year-over-year basis, according to analysis of U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data released by Associated Builders and Contractors.
