With over 30 years of construction experience, Cerri's earlier projects with Plaza included the W South Beach hotel and the Dadeland Mall Kendall Wing Expansion. Cerri oversees and supports field superintendents, prepares schedules, develops site logistics and sequencing plans and manages safety, quality and subcontractor coordination.
