OSHA Announces New Interactive Training Webtool to Identify Workplace Hazards
WASHINGTON, D.C. — – The Occupational Safety and Health Administration released a new interactive training tool to help small businesses effectively identify hazards in the workplace. U.S. Construction Machinery Exports Drop 18.8% in First-Quarter 2014
Total U.S. construction machinery exports for first quarter 2014 totaled $4.292 billion compared to $5.287 billion in the first quarter of 2013 — a drop of 18.8 percent, according to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, citing U.S. Department of Commerce data. Swinerton to Celebrate Topping Out at Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s New Parking Structure
In April 2013, the design-build team of Swinerton Builders and IDG Parkitects broke ground on the new West Arroyo Parking Structure at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. While serving as design-build contractor on this project, Swinerton has previously completed successful jobs at the NASA Ames Research Center; Sustainability Base and the NASA JPL Flight Projects Center.
